Every advisor had a system. None of them had a tool.
PropelMapper started in 2024 with conversations, not code. We sat with farm managers, agronomists, veterinarians, and nutritionists and asked one thing: how does the visit become the record? Every answer was different. A notebook in the truck. A notes app. A recorder handed to an assistant. A template retyped at the kitchen table. The one thing they had in common was that none of it was built for them.
Agriculture had software for the grower, the retailer, the lender, and the insurer. The advisor sat in the middle of all of it, carried the most context, and worked out of a folder. The advisors who kept the best records won more business and kept it longer. They also spent their evenings doing it.
So we built for the person in between. Talk through the visit wherever you are. The report is done. The record builds. The next person can pick it up.
